The rules of using Closio AI. Please read before using the service.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Closio AI (closioai.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users including free, beta, and paid subscribers.
Description of service
Closio AI provides an AI-powered proposal generation tool that allows users to create, send, track, and obtain signatures on business proposals. The service is provided on a subscription basis with plans as described on our pricing page.
Account registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately at support@closioai.com if you suspect unauthorised access
Subscription and billing
Plans and pricing
Closio AI is offered on monthly subscription plans — Solo ($49/mo), Pro ($97/mo), and Agency ($197/mo) — and a one-time Lifetime Deal. Prices are in USD. Current prices are displayed on our pricing page.
Payment processing
All payments are processed by Polar.sh who act as Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription you agree to Polar's terms of service. We do not store payment card information.
Billing cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of initial purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refund policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of purchase, contact billing@closioai.com for a full refund. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period ends.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Closio AI to:
- Create fraudulent or misleading proposals intended to deceive clients
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other user accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
- Use the service for any illegal purpose or to facilitate illegal activity
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the service
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code
Intellectual property
Your content
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create using Closio AI — including proposal text, uploaded logos, and client data. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store and process this content solely to provide the service.
Our platform
Closio AI, including its software, design, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Abdullah Khan / Closio AI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.
AI-generated content
Proposals generated by our AI are produced for your use. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending to clients. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
E-signature legal validity
Digital signatures obtained through Closio AI are powered by our self-hosted Docuseal instance. These signatures are designed to comply with eIDAS (EU), the ESIGN Act (US), and equivalent legislation in most jurisdictions. You are responsible for verifying that digital signatures are legally valid for your specific use case and jurisdiction. We do not provide legal advice.
Disclaimer of warranties
Closio AI is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated proposals will be accurate or complete. Use of AI-generated content is at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Closio AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunities.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@closioai.com or from your account settings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
